Your satisfaction is our top priority. To help us serve you in the best way possible, we kindly ask that you review the policies below before booking your appointment.


Grace period

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments.

 

Arrivals after this time will be considered a cancellation unless otherwise discussed with your provider.


This helps us give every client our full attention and stay on schedule 

cancellation POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.


No Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notifying us by phone or email, you will be charged half of the service(s) booked.

All clients are required to keep a card on file when booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling. It will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment.


Minor Policy

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and consent forms must be signed in order to receive any treatment.

Chemical Peel & Advanced Treatment Policy

Chemical peels and other advanced treatments are reserved for existing clients who are on proper homecare. This ensures your skin is safely prepared for the best possible results.
